1) To increase the number of first responders addressing their physical and mental health needs by
providing them an avenue to do so that is:
-non-threatening in its modality
-available in their communities
-has a high level of efficacy
-inspires hope that healing is possible
-not inaccessible due to financial barriers
2) To mitigate the chronic and toxic physical, mental, and emotional stress loads on many first responders,
resulting in observable, improved mental health outcomes for them as well as a positive impact on their families
